How to Complete the Cleanse
Pre cleansing is necessary before you begin the product. The pre cleanse phase helps you to loosen stool and prepare your body for the cleanse.
The pre cleanse phase should last 3 days. This is an example pre cleanse schedule. It is meant as a guide to help you understand what to eat and how to reduce calories.
After you finish the product there is a 3 day post cleanse. Your stomach is delicate; gradually go back to solid foods to give your body time to adjust to it's new environment.
Water is essential! Drink at least 70 oz of water per day. Drink water between meals and not during.
